Our Easy Move scheme takes all that worry away, enabling you to focus on your new Denbury Homes home and making your move as stress free as possible.

hOW DOES EASY MOVE WORK?

The Easy Move scheme is just that. Easy. We arrange valuations for your existing property, liaise with estate agents and help you reserve your new home.

  1. You find your dream Denbury Homes property
  2. We’ll arrange valuations of your existing home
  3. Once we’ve agreed a marketing price, we’ll appoint agents to sell your home
  4. We’ll liaise with the selling agent and help secure a buyer
  5. Once your property is under offer, you can reserve your new home.
  6. When your sale has completed and you are in your new home, we’ll pay the agent’s fee.
