All Denbury Homes’ reservations are covered by a consumer code. This ensures that we deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Depending on when and where you reserved your home, you will be covered by one of the following consumer codes. To find out more, click on the code below that applies to you.
CONSUMER CODES
NEW HOMES QUALITY BOARD CODE OF PRACTICE
From 6th June 2023 all new Denbury Homes reservations will be covered by the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB)’s Code of Practice.
Denbury Homes reservations made prior to 5th June 2023 will be covered by the existing Consumer Code for Housebuilders. Peal Estates, which owns Denbury Homes’ development at Thurston Park, will also continue with the existing Consumer Code for Home Builders.
