A drop-in information event is being held on Wednesday 14th October 2026 between 4pm and 8pm at Jubilee Hall, Litcham. For people unable to attend this event, we are pleased to provide a copy of the presentation banners to download at the link below:
Land North of Lexham Road, Litcham, has been identified for development by Breckland Council in their emerging Local Plan. The proposal is for 120 new homes, including affordable housing, a parking area for the primary school and large areas of public open space, including a play area and a community orchard.
This consultation is intended to provide an opportunity for feedback ahead of a planning application being submitted to Breckland Council. The proposed plans will be finalised following this consultation and there will be a further opportunity to comment on the proposals once the planning application is submitted.
