Community Liaison sERVICE

pART OF THE cOMMUNITY

Denbury Homes has operated in East Anglia for almost 40 years, most of our team and many of our suppliers call the area home so we really do understand just how special the region’s existing towns and villages are.

With our heritage in mind, we are committed to strengthening the communities that our new homes and developments become part of. That’s why we have a community liaison service for many of our sites.

These services are set up well before work starts on site and give residents easy access to our team in case of questions, queries or concerns throughout the initial construction phase. Once our sales team is on site, they normally take over from the community liaison service as the chief point of contact for that development.

Each Community Liaison Service has a dedicated webpage for updates and news regarding the site. There is also a freephone number and freepost and email addresses for anyone wishing to contact the Denbury Homes team with a site-specific enquiry.

Our current Community Liaison Services

Witten’s Meadow, Witnesham, Suffolk
Weavers Way, Clare, Suffolk
Farriers Walk, Cheveley, Cambridgeshire

For enquires about any other sites please use the contact details provided on the relevant development below.

Our commitment to designing exceptional homes stems from our own place in the local community. Denbury Homes remains a rare breed – we are a local builder. We are proud of the beauty within our region – both natural and built. I want to be proud of the houses that my company builds as I drive past them every day.
