Buyers are invited to an Open House Event on Saturday 5 September, 11am – 3pm at Denbury Homes’ development Trinity Rise in Ormesby St Margaret (NR29 3PP). Those with a home to sell can also find out more about the part exchange scheme.
Through its part exchange scheme, Denbury Homes agrees to purchase an existing property with the proceeds being put towards the purchase of a new Denbury Homes home. This helps make moving into a new home quicker, less stressful, saves on estate agent fees, and buyers can remain in their home until their new one is finished.
Homeowners Baz and Bridget Goldstone had seen their house sale fall through twice before using the part exchange scheme when purchasing a home at another Denbury Homes development. Baz said: “The relief of using the part exchange scheme was incredible. We no longer had to worry about selling our house or paying estate agent fees, and we completed in around six weeks.”
All currently released properties at Ormesby St Margaret are eligible for part exchange*. This includes the three-bedroom house The Rosefinch, four-bedroom homes The Kingfisher, The Sandpiper and The Heron, and the five-bedroom home The Waxwing, which will be available to view at the open house event as well as the fully furnished show home, The Robin. There are several homes at the development nearing build completion, so once a part exchange is agreed, buyers could find themselves starting their new chapter within weeks.
Monty Beaton, Head of Sales and Marketing at Denbury Homes said: “Sometimes buyers don’t realise that part exchange might be an option for them so I’d encourage anyone who wants to find out more to come to the event and see if we might be able to help with the sale of their home.”
5% to spend your way
If house hunters don’t have a home to sell, they can take advantage of Denbury Homes’ 5% to spend your way incentive*. Available on all plots, purchasers can receive up to £33,000 to use towards a deposit contribution, stamp duty or cashback, allowing them to choose the option that best suits their circumstances.
Tour the show home
Visitors to the Open House event can tour The Robin, a striking double-fronted Georgian-style home offering generous family living across two floors. Upstairs are four spacious bedrooms, while downstairs, an open-plan kitchen, dining and family area centred around a large island forms the heart of the home. A separate living room featuring an impressive inglenook fireplace built from reclaimed bricks and a wood-burning stove provides a cosy retreat.
Representatives from the Denbury Homes sales team and Bycroft Estate Agents will be on hand throughout the day to answer questions, discuss the available homes and incentives, and guide visitors around the development.
Monty continued: “Since launching earlier this year, Trinity Rise has attracted strong interest from buyers looking for a high-quality home in this desirable part of Norfolk. Our Open House Event allows visitors to take their time exploring the homes, speak with our sales team and Bycroft Estate Agents, and find out more about the incentives available to help make their move easier.”
Denbury Homes was recently awarded the coveted five-star rating in the Home Builders Federation (HBF)’s annual customer satisfaction survey for the fourth consecutive year. The company also achieved a 100% build quality score, reinforcing its reputation for delivering high-quality homes.
Renowned for its attention to detail, Denbury Homes creates properties that reflect local architectural character while meeting the demands of modern living.
