Denbury Homes retains five-star status

East Anglian housebuilder, Denbury Homes, has been awarded a five-star rating in the Home Builders Federation (HBF)’s annual survey of customer satisfaction for the second consecutive year.

Results of HBF’s national new homes customer satisfaction survey are published annually in March. Homeowners were asked if they would recommend their builder to family or friends. Denbury Homes secured the highest possible rating of five stars, with 91% of its customers endorsing its services.

This is the company’s second consecutive five-star rating, achieved in just its second year operating as Denbury Homes, an accomplishment that solidifies its position as a premium builder.

Sara Raven, Director of Sales and Marketing at Denbury Homes said: “We are delighted to have achieved five-star status, not only for the second year running, but in just our second year trading as Denbury Homes. It speaks volumes about the dedication and work of our entire team, whilst compounding our commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued customers.”

Sinead Benton, Head of Customer Care added: “As a family business, forging genuine connections with our customers is important to us. From the initial phone call or visit, we make a huge effort to make sure our customers feel supported in the safe and capable hands of our dedicated team.

“Each team member – from the customer service and aftercare team to those in construction or sales, treats our customers’ homes as if they were their own. This level of care and dedication has become a defining feature of what we know as the Denbury Difference.”

In addition to the recommend a friend rating, Denbury Homes scored an outstanding 95.5% for build quality and the standard of finish in their homes – well above the 87% benchmark for five-star classification.

Sharing his perspective, Nick Holmes, Director of Operations said: “When you see the collective effort of the entire team, it’s incredibly rewarding to have earned a five-star rating for the second time in a row. This achievement serves as a powerful testament to the excellence that we strive for and that defines Denbury Homes.

“Whether it’s the fine details in our decorative quoining brickwork or the extended time we invest in crafting our homes, this recognition reflects our craftsmanship and dedication. It’s a proud moment for us!”

Sara continued: “Our region is famed for its beautiful villages and buzzing towns and we work very hard to deliver the homes these communities deserve. An important part of this is ensuring our buyers feel supported as they make their move. Last year we voluntarily adopted the New Home Quality Board’s (NHQB) latest Code of Practice. This was a very significant step and confirms our ambition to help our customers feel more reassured and confident when buying a new home.

“We are so proud of the homes we build and the team that builds them, it’s lovely to have that reflected in this five-star recognition!” Denbury Homes currently has homes available in some of the most sought-after locations across Suffolk, to find out more visit www.denburyhomes.co.uk.
