Homebuyers invited to get their boots muddy at Denbury Homes’ Martlesham development

Following the successful opening of the show home at Denbury Homes’ Hemingway Rise development in Martlesham, Suffolk, prospective homebuyers are being invited to take a closer look at the homes under construction during a special ‘Muddy Boots’ event on Saturday 10 October, from 11am to 3pm.

Hemingway Rise forms part of the new Brightwell Lakes community and will offer a varied collection of homes, including two-bedroom coach houses and two-, three- and four-bedroom houses. A range of layouts and styles will be available, including detached, semi-detached, terraced and town houses.

During the Muddy Boots event, visitors will have the opportunity to join the Denbury Homes team and explore a selection of available homes at different stages of construction. All necessary PPE will be provided, but with construction progressing across the development, visitors are advised to wear suitable footwear – and boots they don’t mind getting muddy!

Brightwell Lakes has been thoughtfully planned to create a new community with a school, play areas, workspaces and enhanced green spaces. Located in the picturesque village of Martlesham, Hemingway Rise is within easy reach of Woodbridge and just six miles from Ipswich, providing access to a wide range of amenities and transport connections, including rail services to London Liverpool Street.

Monty Beaton, Head of Sales & Marketing at Denbury Homes, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming prospective homebuyers to Hemingway Rise and giving them the opportunity to explore some of the homes currently under construction. Our show home, with interiors designed by Suffolk-based Rendall & Wright, will also be open for visitors to explore.

“Our homes are built using traditional methods and designed to reflect the local character and heritage of the area. We take pride in every home we build, while ensuring they meet the needs of modern lifestyles, with features including air source heat pumps, EV chargers and fibre broadband to each home.

“Our attention to detail and high-quality workmanship are central to what we call ‘The Denbury Difference’, and the Muddy Boots event is a great opportunity for buyers to see this first-hand.”
