Monty Beaton has joined East Anglian homebuilder Denbury Homes as the company opens new sites and continues to achieve strong sales numbers.
Having started his career with an independent estate agent in Ipswich, Monty subsequently joined a large national housebuilding firm, rising quickly to becoming Sales Manager for the East Anglia region. He joins Denbury Homes as the company opens its first sites in Essex and continues to see strong interest across its developments.
Lee Barnard, CEO of Denbury Homes said: “Monty joins us at a key moment in our development, with us on target to almost double the amount of new homes delivered year-on-year across the region.
“He brings a wealth of experience and a huge amount of enthusiasm which has quickly been channelled into energising the sales team and streamlining our processes.”
As Head of Sales and Marketing, Monty oversees all on-site sales teams and marketing activity. Speaking of the appointment he said: “I’ve always been aware of Denbury Homes – or Hopkins & Moore as the company was previously known – and been impressed by the quality of the homes they build.
“Now that I’m part of the company, I can see that those design and build standards are embedded throughout the culture. The leadership team’s focus on designing homes that meet local needs and suit the existing communities is apparent in every house; and that commitment to excellence is shared by every one of my new colleagues.”
Following the agreement of a £55 million funding package with HSBC, Denbury Homes is on track to meet its ambitious goal of building 450 homes per year by 2029. Current developments in Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire continue to prove popular with buyers. In Norfolk, Trinity Rise in Ormesby St Margaret is due to launch early next year; and the company has a strong pipeline of developments across the region to be brought forward over the coming months and years.
Monty continues: “Denbury Homes is growing both in terms of the number of houses we are building and the team members joining us. But even though there are big ambitions we still feel like a very close-knit group, ideas are welcomed and the atmosphere is hugely positive.”
