The team at Denbury Homes is celebrating after being shortlisted as Team of the Year for the prestigious 2023 Eastern Echo Awards.
In a remarkable first year trading as Denbury Homes, the team has established themselves as a new brand, launched three new developments, hit sales targets, and made significant progress on major planning applications.
The efforts of the entire team have been underlined by the award of a five-star rating in HBF’s latest customer satisfaction survey – and now they have been recognised by UK Property Forums with a shortlisting for Team of the Year in the 2023 Eastern Echo Awards!
Joshua Hopkins, Land Director: “Our company has a long history in the area as Hopkins & Moore which we remain very proud of. But the atmosphere at Denbury Homes feels more like a start-up, the energy and buzz are infectious, we all seem to have the sense of being here at the beginning of something exciting and everyone is determined to see us succeed.”
Judges of the Team of the Year award were looking for evidence of a team that makes a significant contribution to the success of the East of England property market. Demonstrating not only personal success but a willingness to help fulfil the goals and aspirations of colleagues and to go above and beyond.
Sara Raven, Director of Sales & Marketing: “Despite being a lean team, we are all prepared to muck in, irrespective of the task, we work in a collaborative way to help and support each other for the greater good. We have adopted a culture, fondly referred to as, The Denbury Difference – a mindset to ensure we are always delivering our best.”
The Denbury Homes team prides itself on creating high quality homes and communities that reflect and enhance the East Anglian landscape. Achieving this starts with a shared mindset and company culture. With policies and initiatives to back up the inclusive and supportive atmosphere, the team at Denbury is looking forward to continued success.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony in June. Tickets available here.
