Melissa Canham shares her excitement about getting on the first rung of the property ladder and why she chose a Denbury Homes home.
In April 2024, Melissa Canham, a marketing manager for a fintech firm, decided it was the right time to move out of her parents’ house and take her first steps onto the property ladder. As a first-time buyer, Melissa sought a location close to family and friends, with nearby shops yet a peaceful village feel. Melissa said: “From the moment I saw the boards go up, I knew this was the perfect location for me. Melissa chose a two-bedroom terrace house, known as The Chaffinch. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts an ensuite shower room and built-in wardrobes, creating a comfortable retreat. The second bedroom, which Melissa uses as a study for working from home, also includes a built-in wardrobe and is complemented by a family bathroom.
