Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is only available, subject to the full asking price, on selected plots and selected developments.
2. This promotion only applies to new reservations, taken from 10am on Tuesday the 20th May, until 5pm on Thursday 31st July.
3. This promotion must be agreed and recorded on the reservation form at the point of reservation.
4. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, such as Part Exchange or Easy Move, unless agreed as part of the promotion, and at reservation.
5. £10,000 voucher will be given on day of legal completion, except in a case of a simultaneous exchange and completion, where voucher will be given within two weeks of completion.
6. All reservations are subject to our normal terms and conditions.
7. This promotion is not applicable to developments that have not launched yet.
8. Denbury Homes reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time, without prior notice.
9. Voucher will only be paid after legal purchase and completion of the property.
