Denbury Homes to launch new show home at Trinity Rise, Ormesby St Margaret

Denbury Homes is set to unveil the show home at its Trinity Rise development in Ormesby St Margaret, Norfolk, on Saturday, 31st January. Buyers can tour The Robin an attractive Georgian-style four-bedroom home and enjoy something tasty from a favourite Norfolk food truck, ‘The Bucket List’.

Located in the historic village of Ormesby St Margaret, which was recorded in the Domesday Book, the development is within easy access to surrounding villages and the bustling town of Great Yarmouth. The thoughtfully designed 40-home development will offer a variety of styles, including two- to five-bedroom houses and two three-bedroom bungalows. The development has been sympathetically planned to quickly establish a new community in the area.

Monty Beaton, Head of Sales and Marketing at Denbury Homes, shared: “We are delighted to be back in Norfolk! Trinity Rise is our first new development in the county as Denbury Homes and it’s well worth the wait! It’s an exceptional development that is just one mile from the beach and close to the peaceful Norfolk Broads National Park. Set within the traditional village of Ormesby St Margaret, residents will enjoy the established pubs, a range of shops and attractive village green.”

The new show home, The Robin, is a striking double-fronted, Georgian-style property offering an impressive 2,048 sq. ft. (190 sqm) of living space arranged over two floors. Upstairs, four generously sized bedrooms provide flexible accommodation, each featuring fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms one and two benefit from stylish en-suite shower rooms, while a contemporary family bathroom completes the first floor.

Downstairs, modern living is at the heart of the home, with a spacious 21’5” (6.5 m) open-plan kitchen and dining area, complete with a central island, flowing seamlessly into the family area. A separate living room provides a cosy retreat and features an impressive inglenook fireplace constructed from reclaimed bricks and fitted with a wood-burning stove, adding character and warmth to the home.

Monty continues: “The Robin perfectly showcases Denbury Homes’ commitment to combining timeless design with modern, practical living, and we are delighted to welcome home buyers to experience the quality, space and attention to detail that define our homes, which we know as The Denbury Difference.”

Additional practical spaces include a dedicated study, ideal for home working, a downstairs WC and an enclosed utility room, ensuring the home meets the demands of modern family life.

The show home will be open at 10am on Saturday 31st January and afterwards Thurs-Mon, 10am-5pm. To book a tour contact the Denbury Homes team at trinity.rise@denburyhomes.co.uk or call 01493 738039.
