Help to Buy available at developments across East Anglia

Ending Soon!

Suffolk-based developer Denbury Homes (formerly Hopkins & Moore) has homes eligible for the Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme available at several developments in Suffolk and Norfolk.

Sara Raven, Director of Sales and Marketing at Denbury Homes said: “Help to Buy has been a fantastic way for many of our buyers to take a first step onto the housing ladder. The better energy efficiency of new builds is a huge draw for those just starting out, particularly as energy prices continue to rise. Many of our homes now come with air source heat pumps as standard and achieve EPC ratings of B.

“We are delighted to have homes available under Help to Buy but clearly time is of the essence given the expected closure to new applications at the end of October.”
